Excellent communication and service! I loved receiving the update texts every morning. Complementary loaner car was great- took the stress away from being without a vehicle for a week. Car looks fantastic inside and out! Was definitely not expecting the interior to be vacuumed and wiped down- a pleasant surprise! Of all the repair companies that gave me a quote, their repair was about $1,000 more expensive. The accident I got it resulted in a road sign going under my car and messing up the brakes. I explained this to the repair man and then got a call the day I was supposed to be picking up my car that the brakes were not fixed because they could not confirm that it was a result of the accident. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. They told me I had to go to a “brake specialist” to get it checked out and confirm that the damage to the brakes was caused by the accident. What is stopping the other repair shop from saying that it wasn’t caused by the accident to get money from me? Extremely upset that they did not fix the car to completion or have a brake specialist come in and confirm before pickup. The roads are very icy and the brakes seem to be in dangerous condition.
