Future Recommendations: As before & with this most recent appointment, I have received personalized service & quality workmanship when dealing with personnel at Gerber. This time, I had a post appointment issue with a front bumper sensor and it was handled promptly and my treated with respect even though they didn't find anything. As usual, they listen and really try to address any problems. To answer the question, I have already recommended Gerber to other people.

Customer Service: Again Excellent and that is by everyone I have come in contact with during the appointment pre, during and post. The Gerber Customer service culture at all positions is something for other businesses to strive for. Starting with Jen at the front desk, you are greeted with your name and a confidence to handle whatever the problem is, the other 2 guys I spoke with in person and on the phone we every professional yet personal and the guy that delivered my truck back to my home was equally as upbeat and friendly.
