Due to my experience I do not trust this location of Gerber. I cannot trust that they will take my vehicle to a reliable mechanic.

After work was completed we had to reach out to USAA because Gerber contracted my car out to a shop that was incapable of repairing it properly. When we contacted Gerber, we were lied to and they did not want to make the situation better.

I would have given them a 10 but I left my hat my white hat in the backseat of my car and when they cleaned it they left their grease fingerprints on the hat it is ruined so I lost $25 to that

Everyone was very nice and the work done was excellent. The only thing is the smell inside the car, though a very clean smell, was very strong and as I am pregnant it really made me feel ill. I am super happy with everything and am planning on recommending Gerber to anyone who asks.
