The estimate and communications were great along with check in and comms thru out the process repair was done in good time the only issue I have is after picking up my vehicle I noticed some air bubbles and sand under the tint of the window they replaced

We are very pleased with our experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They estimates our vehicle would be repaired by 4-20-26, however, we were able to pick up our vehicle today, 4-16-26, 4 days earlier than expected. Everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. They listened to us. They kept us updated every day on the progress of our car repair. We recommend them for your car repairs. Their work is excellent. We thank them very much for their care of our car and us.

There is a spotty area on my windshield that I haven’t been able to get out. I have not had time to take it back for them to look at it. Other than that, I would definitely give it a 10!

Haad to pay over the amount insurance covered. The insurance was supposed to cover all costs of repair. Also immediately after leaving with my vehicle I discovered the driver side blinker no longer works. Returned and was told tough luck. So not only were the repairs Incomplete I was also charged too much and rude customer service. Overall terrible experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone
