While my car repair does look amazing, and this I appreciate, I am left upset. Upon picking up my car I realized that something important to me was missing. Hanging on the rearview mirror was a necklace with the ashes of someone important to my husband, and hanging off that was a beaded star that my baby cousin had made for me. It was the last thing she ever gave me because less than a year later she took her own life at 14 years old. That was ALL I had from her. The star was gone. All that was left was the clip it was on and ONE bead. That is it. Obviously someone broke it and hid that fact. The necklace was on the mirror differently than I had it. There was NO reason for this to have even be touched. They didn't leave the beads behind. They didn't even mention it, like I wouldn't notice. I am rather upset over this, which is an understatement. I know nothing can repair this, but I wanted to be sure it was known. It is upsetting, it hurts. It was all I had, and this is unacceptable.

My experience with True Form was great. My car looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier. There was a small incident where an item in my car was accidentaly vacuumed up that was very important to me. The workers were very apologetic and actually went through the vacuums and retrieved/saved my item. They went out of their way to ammend the mistake, and for this I value their service even more. True Form does amazing work and prides themselves in their excellent customer care and it really truly shows. If I ever know someone with the need for a car to be repaired, I will surely refer them here!
