I was met with courtesy while a representative was finishing a call. Paperwork for my car was all ready to go, pictures taken and recieved an simple explanation about work to be performed. Car was ready when I expected it to be, cleaned inside out. Thankful, I was not expecting that! Thank you Gerber Team. Exceeded expectations. Seamless repairs! Hope I don't need you again!
