Excellent, personable service! Truly a pleasure to work with. It was nice getting updates on the body work status texted on a frequent basis. My car was completed when expected. The work performed was factory perfect…also the car at pick-up was detailed just as a new car, inside& out. The GM, Chris, was great!

The work that was done is great and I appreciate the interior detailing.However, there must have been some miscommunication witth the insurance company with a second claim I filed for previous damage that was not repaired. Also the driver side mirror has some damage to it from the claim that was filed. I'm hoping to get these issues addressed next week. Other than that, I found the work and people at Gerber to be top quality.
