The people I talked with each time were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. But, when I asked about if they would look at or had addressed the problem the auto feature for the headlight, they appeared ignorant of the problem though I had called about it before dropping it off and mentioned it again when I dropped the car off. They assured me that they would look at it. When I was called to pick it up again they said that they didn't realize there was a problem with the auto feature. Just seemed like there was a breakdown in communication. The auto feature was working when car was picked up so I am very happy with Gerber.

John and his entire staff/team are EXCEPTIONAL and we would recommend them to anyone (which we already do). While completely satisfied with the repair, with whoever delivers their parts made a mistake twice, with one time wheels got lost and a second time mispackaged wheels. That was two weeks extra I was stuck in here. However, that being said the repairs were done very well
