The people I talked with each time were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. But, when I asked about if they would look at or had addressed the problem the auto feature for the headlight, they appeared ignorant of the problem though I had called about it before dropping it off and mentioned it again when I dropped the car off. They assured me that they would look at it. When I was called to pick it up again they said that they didn't realize there was a problem with the auto feature. Just seemed like there was a breakdown in communication. The auto feature was working when car was picked up so I am very happy with Gerber.

While completely satisfied with the repair, with whoever delivers their parts made a mistake twice, with one time wheels got lost and a second time mispackaged wheels. That was two weeks extra I was stuck in here. However, that being said the repairs were done very well

They did a top notch job on repairing my F-150. I had driver side front and rear door damage as well as two buckles in the metal on the front fender and the back section of the cab before the bed from a deer running out into the side of my truck. It also destroyed my side mirror assembly. When I came to pick it up I can tell you there is no way to tell anything was ever damaged! Thank you so much!
