I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service I recently received. John was incredibly helpful and stayed after hours so I could pick up my automobile. His willingness to accommodate my schedule made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I would also like to recognize a woman on your team (I regret that I don’t remember her name) who thoughtfully advised me to take photos of the rental car’s scratches, dents, fuel level, and mileage before leaving. That advice was extremely helpful and demonstrated her experience and genuine care for customers. Both employees went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you for having such attentive and dedicated staff.
