I was impressed how I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The finished job looks fantastic! I haven't had much chance to drive it to get a "feel" for it yet, but all seemed well on the way home.

I rate you at 10. You guys are extremely welcoming and totally present yourself as trustworthy and honest. You, as well, keep in touch with me on your progress with the vehicle. I have not often seen this type of customer service anywhere. I just sold my two businesses in Fitchburg (Waggin Tails and Fitchburg veternary hospital). I am very aware of great Customer service and demanded it from my front receptionists. I believe... and tell my receptionists too... I tell them that you two people can make or destroy my business. I tell them they are the most important people who work here. IF people feel you are rude ..then the potential of this future client walks out the door and never return. They will never see how awesome the business actually is! I picked my front staff carefully! Anyway...you guys are awesome and I'm so glad I found ya! .10
