I was very happy with the customer service at Gerber! Everyone was so nice, keeping me up to date on the repair process and progress! Nathan was a huge help, even transporting me to Enterprise Rental for both picking up a rental car and dropping it back off after my car was repaired!

It was a pleasure doing business with Gerber. Management and the people working there seem to really be interested in you and your vehicle and making sure everything is good when you leave. From the young lady upfront that runs the office to the mechanics in the back, they were all super people and make you feel like you’re a part of their family. When they finished, I think my car look better than it did the day I bought it. I highly recommend this group of people, they are fantastic.

Truck was picked up Friday.. There os still an ongoing leak issue somewhere on the right side of the windshield. Gerber is to relook at it in the morning.
