I am very dissatisfied with the work completed by Gerber Collision Center on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. The quality of the repairs did not meet my expectations, and several issues were left unresolved. First, the paint on the front bumper does not match the rest of the vehicle, which is immediately noticeable. Additionally, the bumper appears to be off-center, affecting the overall alignment and appearance of the front end. The headlight is also not fully exposed as it should be, suggesting improper installation. The front sensors are also not functioning appropriately, which is a major concern as it impacts the safety features of the vehicle. More concerning, when I checked under the hood, I found loose screws and components that were not properly tightened. This raises serious concerns about the safety and thoroughness of the repair work. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and attention to detail. I expected a professional repair, but instead received substandard work that requires further correction.
