The automated notification system should be scrapped as it results in unsatisfactory estimated completion dates....and customer complaints...and "ignore the message" busiwork.

Because when I got the car back there were like oil stains interior on top of the actual roof itself and that's totally acceptable really I would definitely go back because the exterior work although the interior it should not have been any anyway but it seemed that they obviously had to take the roof of the car a part of something and it's just scuff marks all it is going to cost me even more I'm even scared even related to him to a sense because I know I know that there are good people at the same time I don't want them to feel like I was like I'm trying to take advantage when the job is not been completely immaculate I expected for anything for the job outside to be perfect although there was to be no job done on the inside and there was a scuff mark on both side passenger and driver side look like paint I'm taking pictures of it I'll talk to the shift lead the next following operating day although that's that hope I'm not being too vague I tend to do that a lot although I'm just trying to be as articulate as I can and that's what the results was of the reason why I say no I was not satisfied with the whole entire job

Seems like there are some quality control slips happening. Upon pickup the car was full of dust inside, trim piece on automatic lift gate was broken, logo on rear hatch was not in the correct place, the paint on the rear deck piece has a small run on one corner and the opposite side has bubbles in the crevice. Were even given an extra day or two to pick up vehicle as well, so plenty of time to give it a once over.
