We called a few locations before Gerber. Your office was the only one that was friendly over the phone. That's what go us in the door. Again, when we came to the location, everyone was very friendly. Your service was outstanding. You completed repairs to perfection; we can't even tell it was damaged. Definitely recommending.

The body work was great but the overall experience had a few bumps. Communication with the service technician could have been better, and receptionist seemed a bit distracted. I even had to return to desk to pick up my keys. Thankfully Billy stepped in and did an excellent job fixing the buff marks left behind. His work really made the difference in my experience.
