I would tell them to inquire about finding out what the insurance is going to pay before getting a bill.

I would have given a 10, I don’t know if this is common practice with Repair shops. I got a statement showing how much the insurance would pay and how much that I would owe. I would have preferred knowing for a fact what the insurance was gonna pay before getting a statement saying that I owed anything.
