multiple calls go unreturned or promise to call back and never do. ready date changed three times the second time was January 20 and we were ready to go but i called first and was told it was not ready. they never let me know. it is an 8 hour roundtrip for us so it is a big deal. the rearview mirror was about to fall off. the front passenger doorlock does not work. the lights for the gear indicator do not work. most distressing though are the deep grooves they put in the plate where the gearshifter is where they pried it up. it is very obvious and the dash housing has a chunk taken out of it. when i complained i was told it had to be taken out for welding.

Manager Joe was great to work with. Joe is very knowledgable and guided me through the completed process. I trust manager Joe and the staff. Office staff were respectful, and helpful. I will use Muncie Gerber again for sure.
