I am a claimant and went through the other partys insurance carrier. They offered me theirreferred contractor program and gave me a choice of a couple contractors. I chose one I was vaguely familiar with and had a great experience. The insurance company said it could be up to a week before they might be able to set the appointment. They actually called me the next day and got me in the following day and took care of the rental and my vehicle both at the same time. They had a rental waiting for me when I went in to drop my car off, and when my car was repaired, all I had to do is drop the rental off to them and they would make sure it got turned back in through the contractor program. The process was so easy and was done through text and I was informed every step as the claim process through the contractor I chose was Gerber contracting and glass out of MUNCIE Indiana. The repairs were back to pre-loss condition just as they said they would be and everything looked great. I was very happy with the repairs and the collision center staff. I would use this shop in the future if I should need them and I would recommend them.

Only issue we had was the time frame from start to finish. Locating parts for the job was a small contribution but that was to be expected. However, there were a few parts that were ordered and or received that were incorrect, delaying the finish time with the proper parts. That said, the customer service and the completed physical work are top notch service. I am a Gerber customer only.
