My car had hail damage from a storm. My Allstate agent recommended a different Gerber location (I won't say which one), and the guy on the phone was put off, bothered, and not very helpful. Then, I went to the Gerber - Mundelein, IL. Night and day experience!!! Gerber in Mundelein was an outstanding experience!! Scott Behm, General Manage, was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and provided the best service I could have expected. Scott was very easy to work with. He helped facilitate the inspection with the Allstste claim adjustor. He made the whole process with the insurance claim very painless and simple which I appreciated. In addition, I was very pleased with the quality of work done to my vehicle. It looks as good as new!! Thanks again to Scott and the whole Gerber - Mundelein team. I highly recommend this location!!

The work that was done on my car was absolutely beautiful, but i notice that now i have scratches on the top of my trunk that were not there when i brought it in. It looks like something was set on top of the trunk and dragged off of it. Like maybe a tool box or something. So now its a trade off. So would i recommend Gerber? Not so sure.
