The main issue was not resolved. The front bumper still looks like it is falling off at the corners and pops out when traveling on the highway. It makes me think nothing was worked on or that they dont know how to fix it.

Paint job was not done well. The nicked paint on bumper was still very visible, the paint on back bumper was lumpy and paint on passages side back fender was running and not smooth. I also discovered a small nick on driver door that was not there when I dropped it off on Wednesday 13th. I’m very disappointed.

Sylvia and Josh did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!! Sylvia went way out of her way to make sure I had a stress free experience (my family was in the middle of a move and the last thing we needed was to repair our truck). She even reserved us a replacement truck, which is almost impossible to find! Josh went over my entire truck with a fine toothed comb and found additional damage that I hadn't even noticed. Add all that together and they managed to get me back in my ride TWO WEEKS EARLY, fully washed and detailed inside and out. 11 out of 10 would recommend and will return the next time I need any type of body work done, insurance related or not. GIVE SYLVIA AND JOSH A HUGE RAISE AND A GIANT "ATTA-BOY" Your company should be proud that you have such compassionate and considerate employees at this location.

The communication and ease of working with Josh and Sylvia was exactly what was needed after a stressful vehicle crash. They made sure I was always informed of each step and very knowledgeable when I had additional questions.
