This place went above and beyond to make me happy with my vehicle. Their work is excellent and their painter is top notch. Nathaniel was the gentleman that was my advisor and he was the absolute best to work with. If I ever need any type of body work done this is my place from now on. I am very ocd about things and I’m telling you that my truck looked brand new. Awesome job guys and thank you very much.

The body work was fine, but there were other quality issues. The edges of the front and rear passenger doors were unfinished, the front passenger door was lower than the back passenger door, the weather stripping on the back passenger door window was sticking out, and they forgot to replace the vinyl rock protection film. We had to take it back to them to have it fixed. They said it would be out the same day, but it’s going on four days and we’re still waiting to get our vehicle back.

The customer service was good at first, but getting the quality issues fixed has been awful. There has been no communication from the shop. We were told it would take one day to fix it, but we’re going on four days and are not receiving updates.
