The person answering the phone and getting answers was good. The vehicle took 3 times longer than expected. The cost was through the roof and not acceptable. I think you took advantage of the insurance company and this me the price quoted was almost a third of actual cost

Happy that I went to the ‘new’ Gerber on Pine Ridge that used to be Car Medics. The other Gerber next door didn’t bother responding to me. Donna, on the other hand, was exceptional in taking care of me. She was professional, prompt, friendly and on point with details / feedback. I would highly recommend Donna 10/10 and Gerber / Car Medics.

They were supposed to have the car for five days it wound up there for 35 days they never replaced the CRV emblem now I have an emblem on one side of the car and none on the other Donna came across very incompetent
