My Experience

All communications were outstanding, everything was super easy, and the work performed was perfect! I had my back window smashed in and had glass EVERYWHERE. Not only did they get all the glass out of the door and truck, but they cleaned the inside and out like new. Moving forward, I will always choose Gerber when I need any work done!

State Farm forced my hand by telling me if I went to someone they don’t pay; I’d have to come outta pocket (when I should’ve reached out to a lawyer for that dudes (Malik) response.) So I went with who they’re “in bed” with. Other than that, the detailing of my vehicle afterwards. Phenomenal, super awesome staff that works for Gerber. I don’t know if there was frame damage. Cause I never got a full report. I’m sure that’s State-farms doing. Other than that pretty good experience with Gerber.
