The workmanship on repair was great. However, the communication for scheduling notifications pick up, etc. has much need of revising. In the beginning, I was being updated by text message and then I got another text message that said my car would not be ready for another week after having told me that it would be ready in three days. Management needs to look at the communication process for your company. Otherwise, the staff was fine no problems there just to communication issue is unsettling. I appreciated the regular updates. I did not like that I received a text with an estimate of when the repairs would be complete, and then the first time I received a call from y'all I was told to just ignore that estimate. Why even do the text estimate?
