I requested from the day I interviewed them would they please stay in touch with me re the progress and they did not at all. They had estimated completion on Thursday of the week I dropped the car off I drive to work by myself not with the carpool group in case I had to leave early on that Thursday, I did not hear from them so I called them at three in the afternoon and they sounded shocked that I thought it would be finished but they said it should be ready by Friday the next day so I drove again by myself, mind you this is Atlanta Ga traffic ugh again I did not hear from them I call three in the afternoon the car is still not ready will not be until Monday again I drive to work on Monday they don't call I call at 3 and they say it is ready.

In the past 5 months I have two vehicles repaired at Gerber. The first was a run to by a deer, we did not think it could be repaired. Gerber repaired for very reasonable price and it looks great and runs like a dear. The second vehicle was bumped in the rear bumper and scraped all along one side, Gerber repaired/replaced at the quoted price. I picked it up today and it looks great. You would never believe it is a 2003. Gerber does great work at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!
