We chose to foregoing rental car because we were told that the repair wou look d only take 3-4 days. It took much longer and it caused us a major headache. We will not be returning to Gerber nor will we encourage family or friends. Over a period of time this type of review becomes impactful.

Yes ,I would like to take this time to thank everyone at Gilbert collision & Glass. For a job well done. Thank You also, for making it convenient for me to have a rental waiting for me when I drop off my car. When my car was completed you went over and beyond to wash the car and clean it on the inside I really appreciate that and was not expecting that type of service. I personally appreciate the professionalism that the staff members at Gilbert collision & Glass showed me. I can't remember the lady at the front desk that handled everything for the scheduling and she was able to answer every question that I had it was great service even after my car was completed I feel they went over beyond cleaning my car inside and out I was pretty impressed very impressed with the amount of service and closing I would like to say I give them two thumbs up great job! I will highly recommend Gilbert collision and glass company to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work and continue doing what you do.
