The repairs were fine. My issue is the adjacent situations that you could have been more attentive to. -I had to wait an extra week for the vehicle due to a part being incorrectly ordered. Something to do with a headlight but the issue was not well explained as to why the wrong headlight was ordered in the first place. -The car had to be dropped off which it was. Since I was out of town on vacation I did not get to the car for several days. The door was improperly closed and the dome light drained the battery. So the car was dead when I got home. -Lastly, the car is a canadian car. we had all the setting changed to standard when we dropped it off. You did not take the time to change them back to standard when you returned the car. Everything was back to metric. Aesthetically the car looks good. Please remember to pay attention tot he details.

I appreciate everything they did. They couldn’t get everything fixed, but due to the insurance company fighting everything. Even ate some cost on a few things. I’ll always recommend Gerber.
