What I liked was communication - Hannah was excellent. Wasn’t thrilled about the delay waiting for calibration but Hannah tried to keep me updated. Liked the cleanliness of my interior. My car appears to be running fine. Looks good just hoping the innards are as perfect.

Amazing team and did an excellent job but I was expecting to receive a final quote after tear down and before submitting it to my insurance for finalising parts that are going to be used for the repairs. Also carwise portal shows adjuster’s info but won’t have any option to download the quote.
