I was regularly kept informed of the status of the repairs and the cost of the repairs. All of the people working at Gerber that I spoke with were extremely nice and helpful. And the repairs were excellent.

Several chips in newly painted recycled hood. Grill finish is completely wrong. Rearview mirror is loose with new windshield. Recycled lenses are worse than what came with the car when the car went in. Very disappointed.

Both Annie and Brad were efficient fast I never had to wait my car looks brand new!!! Like nothing ever happened from the accident I have used the multiple times don't judge it wasn't me. 😂

Everything looks good. The back sensor is very very sensitive. A couple of of times it was detecting something that was not there. I will be keeping an eye on it.

My car has a big gap at bottom wheel of fender that was not fixed. Overall okay job in fixing vehicle. They were very timely with getting my vehicle back to me.
