I have never experienced the service and respect I received from Gerber. From the first phone call to the last goodbye it was a wonderful experience. I felt as if I had their undivided attention. I love the text feature. I knew was going on with my car every step of the way. No offense, I hope to never need you again but if I do I am only coming to Gerber in oak lawn. I have already told friends avoid my experience. Thank you

I picked up my car at the Oak Lawn,IL location on SWHwy. Beth the receptionist was extremely helpful by calling the insurance company to clarify a problem with the rental car. David was very respectful and helpful when explaining the work done on my car. He even double checked something for me to be sure I was satisfied. Excellent service. I liked the text messages keeping me up to date on the progress with my car. Clean car returned. I will recommend this location to others.

The person handling my account drop the ball on adding all the repairs needed to the work request despite the fact that we discussed this in its entirety. As a result, when I arrived to pick up my car, the additional repairs has not been done thus causing me to have to come back and pick up my car at a later time. I found this to be a huge inconvenience as I did not have a rental car and had to quickly organize transportation back to Gerber.

This location needs to lock all doors of vehicles in their lot. They also need to post their liability disclaimer OUTSIDE, not just inside. Every door of my vehicle was unlocked when I picked up my car. Work and customer service was great. One sign will not protect them from litigation in the event of a theft.
