Overall the experience with Gerber was fine, I would’ve preferred to have my truck completed faster than a month in a half but I understand things happen. Their communication could’ve been a little better and I may need to bring my truck back in for some tweaking but I have confidence they’ll complete this with no issues.

The girls in the front were not terrible, it was just really frustrating that my truck wasn’t fully ready when I went to pick it up and that the pickup day was delayed.

They put very little effort into making my truck ready to go and extended the time it would be completed twice. The paint job was not done well- lots of chips/missing spots that I requested be fixed prior to leaving that were not. They also handed the keys to me with my check engine light on and temperature sensors completely messed up. If they didn’t do these final checklist items correctly, it makes me question what else was not done.

Very great experience! Any question I asked they didn’t have no problem walking me through it especially the lady that’s a the front she was awsome very polite and friendly !
