I gave an eight because I feel like they should have caught the issues before I did upon giving it back. Maybe a little better quality control after they finish the vehicle but with that said the insurance company was rushing them so probably not entirely their fault.

We had some issues when they thought they were first finished with our vehicle but, as soon as we pointed out these issues they were very quick to fix them and make it right without any hassles. The staff was very nice and made us feel like we were important customers.

They were very polite and I would give them a 10 but they only small issue we had is they said they would call us at a certain time and they didn't but they did call us the next morning. I did receive text messages at the beginning updating me on the repair but when it had to go back to get fixed on a couple issues I was not satisfied with I did not receive the text messages nor calls when they told me they would call it would be the next morning. Sounds good
