With in the past year I had my truck fixed at Carubba Collision, I called and spoke to John and Chris regarding the vacuum pump in my truck. It started to make a loud noise about 7 months later and they said they would try to contact my insurance company after they could diagnose the issue. I was able to bring my truck in at my connivence. They reconfirmed it was the pump and said they would try there hardest to make this problem go away. Within three days they had the ok from the insurance company and had to order the part in. I arrived today and was advised it would take roughly an hour and a half. Within the time frame they had my truck back to me with my keys in hand and washed. To know they went to bat for me and dealt with my insurance company I am more then thankful for everything they did. If your looking for a body shop and are nervous John and Chris take the anxiety out of the situation and squarely put it on them. I would like to say thank you once again.

Highly recommended, they bring a personal level to the equation that makes you feel comfortable. I couldn’t imagine dealing with anyone else. They find away to go above and beyond even when they seem to be overwhelmed.
