Great service and it was so informative getting daily updates on the progress of the repair. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing body work, glad I chose them. Just wish they worked on motorhomes since mine needs new clear coat, I would certainly let them do the job.

The mud flap wasn’t installed and I wasn’t informed it was on order until after I pointed it out. There is a rubber molding on the bumper that was taken off my old bumper that must have broken tabs on it and is loose. I hope to get that addressed when I go back to get the mud flap installed.

New bumper doesn't match up that well, the trim is an inch or so above where it should be. One lense is new on one side and one is foggy. Supposed to be a new bumper. My old one the trimmed lines up perfectly. So the work is a little under par. The employees where very pleasant and helpful. I would have given it a lower rating for workmanship but the front people are very helpful.

We are very very disappointed. My daughter's car is not back to the way it was prior to someone else hitting her. The door will not open from the inside, the door handle is loose, the door is misaligned and there is a gash in the door trim that closes to the car. I will be sending my complaints of the ladder
