paint work was excellent. However, the repair parts did not fit (due to age of vehicle) and little/no effort was made to improve the fit of the parts. They were just bolted on and painted.

communication between us and the shop broke down on at least one critical issue, who would be paying for the repairs. The shop was told verbally on two occasions we would be paying (not the insurance company). Repairs were made that we weren't provided an opportunity to approve.
