After a month, I still haven't reviewed my vehicle after multiple promises and then promising a rental car that never was ordered. I was told that the rental car would be ready and then when I arrived to pick it up, it was not ordered and I lost out on business due to that. The next day I was promised to be picked up and taken to work by 9am, needless to say I was not picked up till 11:00am and again lost out on business. After all of that, I was told that my vehicle would be ready on Friday, June 27 2014 and the promise still has not been fulfilled. The reason I chose to have my vehicle repaired with your service, was because of all compliments and great experience. My wish Is that I would be able to say great things about Gerber collision, but unfortunately I can't.

I believe my car was also washed and vacuumed, which was an added surprise. My back bumper looks great and we'll see how it holds up. Also I appreciate the lifetime warranty on the services provided.

It looks like nothing ever happened, which is great! The only issues are I can hear a whistling sound from the wind while driving from the door that was repaired and there's a clicking sound from the handle when opening the door.
