PHH said your timeframe to repair my truck was 3 days. When I dropped it off Tue. Morning I was told it would take 4 to 5 days to complete and Tue afternoon I received a email my truck would be ready in approximate 5 days. I canceled a business trip thinking it was going to be that long even though I knew it shouldn't take but 1 or 2 at the most. Wed. afternoon I receive a call truck is ready. In my opinion this is not the way to treat a customer.

Tape residue left in several places that I had to remove. Drivers door has 2 dimple spots in the paint. Repair and return was delayed 3 days for a part that should have been identified and ordered upon removal. I was told it would be ready after the truck was detailed. I had to wash off dried wet sanding residue from the step bars and inside the gas cap compartment. Engine compartment was covered in white dust. Not my idea of detailing a vehicle.

Tommie and Christina were both extremely helpful during the process. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the bill was within $1 of the estimate. This is the 4th time in 6 months we have taken a car to Gerber for repair, and we will use Gerber for all future repair needs. We have also referred the company to anyone we know who may be in need of services.
