I’m very satisfied with the car it looks so nice . I really like how the receptionist acknowledged you when you first walk in . Ashley was polite and very knowledgeable . Ashley explained how they would keep us posted about the process of the car until we receive it back which they did . When the car got ready Ashley explained to me what they fixed and not to wash the car thru a car wash for 3 months because they wanted the paint to really seal , she also explained about the life time warranty that we have and how it works as long as we own the car. I had a good experience with the young man that came out and took pictures of the car when I first took it in . I forgot his name he was very nice as well.

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Gerber collision and glass. Not only was the establishment very nice and clean, but everyone there was beyond kind. Ms. Ashley and every single person I talk to their were so kind and patient considering I have a lot of questions I would definitely refer and go back to that location for these reasons.

Lack of accommodations for fleet vehicles was frustrating. There should be a drop box system or equivalent. I also confirmed the contact number to be notified upon completion multiple times and a different person was still notified instead of me.
