Was originally scheduled to have work done 17 Dec. Was called 16 Dec and told they would not be able to get to the car until beginning of the year. I had to call on 03 Jan to request new appointment and was told it would be April before car could be fixed. I requested a manager review the issue with the time line and was then scheduled for repair on 07 Jan.

Right front fender wad not adjusted correctly; too much space between hood and fender. Also, the paint was like an orange peel and not smooth.

I picked up my car after dark and didnât have a chance to inspect it. The paint was bubbles and scratches were still on the car. I think for 2500.00 this was a horrible job. I wasnât going to do your survey but you kept sending me text messages. Iâve contacted my insurance as to the problem.

I was blown away by the customer service! This is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. 10/10 would use them again for any of my car needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and also helped to return my rental car. I could not have asked for a better experience.
