One friendly and courteous. Very clear and explained everything over and over till I understood and was satisfied.Eager to assist me with what ever I needed to feel safe and secure with their expertise. Said about five days. Took in monday morning. Picked it up wed afternoon. Little leary how fast. But when I got there and saw the car. I was totalt surprised with the workmanship. The quality of the repair was great, however the minor service faults were there. I'd likely recommend but caution them as to my experience.

The black paint on the roof repair is slightly darker than the paint from the rest of the vehicle, but it'll fade so it's not a big deal.

The scheduling lady I talked to on the phone didn't even know the location I had my car repaired at existed, the secretary was rather unorganized and left in the middle of my vehicle drop off appointment which made the appointment last longer than it should have.
