Overall, the repair itself appears to have been completed satisfactorily. However, I was disappointed to find that my dashboard camera had been unplugged and left disconnected when I picked up my vehicle. I understand that some repair facilities disconnect dash cameras during service, and I have no issue with that if it’s part of your policy. My concern is that it wasn’t reconnected before the vehicle was returned to me. I brought my car in with the dash cam installed and functioning, and I expected it to be returned in the same condition. It’s a small detail, but it affects the overall customer experience and left me feeling like the vehicle wasn’t fully put back the way I left it.

Amazing customer service! Julie is a gem! My car was ready to pick up 3 days early! Along with those amazing traits, I was able to sign over my USAA check on site and even leave my rental for pick up. No need for it to be a two person job! The shop folks did an above and beyond job. Kudos!
