There was an extreme lack of communication and professionalism. I requested to be updated when my vehicle was inspected about what needed repairs and an estimated time frame for when the work would be complete. No one called to give me any information. I called the day the work on my vehicle was being completed and was told by Kendra, the information was provided to geico and that I would not get updates everyday, tuesday and thursday are the days updates are given. At the time of picking up my vehicle the rear lower bumper part appeared to be the wrong color (should be matte black to match the plastic trim of the vehicle). Amanda, GM, agreed to order the darker colored lower bumper part, call me when the part is in and replace the part to ensure it is correct. So currently, the work is not complete.

The first bumper cover was not the correct color. The re-ordered bumper has white discoloration/flaws. I am awaiting the manger to call to let me know when another bumper cover arrives to ensure this is corrected.
