Absolute pros at what they do. The professionalism is outstanding. My car looks brand new. Sean showed me pictures of the damage and how they repaired it. The young lady at the front desk who checks you out was so thorough and precise about the billing and car rental return that my worst fears completely were erased. Outstanding business and great people.

Gerber was very good at keeping me in the loop with regard to what was going on with my vehicle. They dealt with me in a very courteous & friendly manner. I hope never to need their services again, but I will bring my car to them again if needed.

Happy with the results. However job completion was done sooner than expected however told me at the last minute my car was ready 3 days before I would be picking up with no warning. Had to leave work unplanned to pick up.

Very pleased with work however job completion was at last minute to advise of pick up. You ned to let he customer know in advance that completion was earlier than expected. Not that we drop everything to pick up our car.

I wasn't happy that I dinged my bumper,but came here because I used them before they became "Gerber". It was delightful from the moment I came for the estimate. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. I waited less than 2 minutes and was greeted by the same estimator I'd used before.Yay. he gave me 2 quotes. One with a new bumper. My car is my baby. She is a 17 year old T-bird convertible blue in and out. Glad I got a new one. There's only 2 left anywhere!! Beautiful job, love these people

I had body work done on my car by the previous owners and needed more done. I went in for an estimate and was so happy to see the same man that was still here and he remembered me and my car. He gave me 2 estimates. One to repair the bumper which he was unsure of. The second was for a new bumper and I'm so glad I chose this cause there was only a total of 3 in the universe. I have a 2002 T-bird convertible in teal and it's the brat that has to look pristine. They brought her back to that condition, perfect match on pain, in 2 days. I think they are awesome and definitely recommend thid shop. Great experience from the lovely lady in the front office, to picking up my car st the end.
