The most unfortunate luck: My car was not only hit once, but twice in one month. Tony was the gentleman who took care of my car both times. The first time I was hit, I chose Gerber collision as it was in network to the insurance provider, who was handling the claim. The first time the car was worked on Tony did a great job on the bodywork and it all looked excellent— he took great care to call me or text me to let me know how my car was doing as the work was being done. Anytime I had questions, Regina would always answer the phone in the most pleasant customer service manner possible. She is also great at what she does. The second time my car was hit, I was trying to handle the accident privately and sought out Tony for his honest estimate after the individual hit my car. The guy ended up saying that he couldn’t handle it privately, so we decided to go through insurance. I chose Gerber for a second time because of my great experience the first time. I just got my car back today and it is looking great. You can be sure to know that anytime you go to Gerber Auto collision and glass, they will get your car back to normal and better than ever. Thank you so much, Tony, Regina, and the Gerber team. If I am hit again, or if one of my friends or family has an incident, I will be sure to think Gerber off of Jefferson Road. 5 ⭐️

Estimator was very nice and explained the process well. I’m 68 years old and have been around cars all my life. That being said I will find a flaw in anything. Haven’t seen one yet. Nice job!

Not only did they repair car beautifully, they also made it super clean. I was also delighted that they left all the changeables, like the chair position, radio station, and sideview mirrors as I left them, and even set the correct time on the clock! They’re good guys!
