I picked up my truck and there was a scratch on the hood that was not there when I dropped the truck off. Also, the truck was filthy dirty would have been cool if it was washed.

After picking up my truck for the repairs to the hail damage, I discovered that a scratch was on the hood that was not there prior. The shop agreed to fix. When I took the truck back, I was told by the front desk rep, that no vehicles will be allowed for pair drop offs even though I had a prearranged agreement with Noel the GM. I left and waited for the GM to call me back. He made it right be having enterprise deliver me a vehicle and then he pick up my truck. After 1 day I received the truck back and was satisfied with the work completed

Overall great service and car looks brand new. Only small complaint at moment is drivers side headlight built up moisture after it was replaced. Waiting on more rain to monitor

My husband just recently washed the vehicle & noticed that both of his German raw hide drying shammys are gone. I know we were informed to take everything out of vehicle before dropping off, but didn’t think anyone would be that petty to take these items. We don’t expect them to be replaced but just to make y’all aware that you have sticky finger employees. We came to you because we had a good experience the 1st time we needed your services. The damage repair provided was excellent & could’ve earned y’all a perfect 10, but it’s just disappointing someone had to steal these shammys. I was going to be silent about it but I figured I need to speak up so that other customers are not done the same way.

Repairs are great, and even though overly enthusiastic cleaning broke my odometer display control knob, when pointed out to them they were apologetic and are working to get it repaired.

Repairs and Jamil's attentiveness and patience with questions very much appreciated! Only ongoing concern is a minor repair to a damaged odometer reset oncurred whole under their care. They were quite helpful and parts for that repair are on order.
