The shop seems in disarray. They recently switched from Car Star to Gerber. The staff seems confused and some are uncaring.

There has been some turnover so I am not sure if some of the people I originally spoke to are still with the location. The vehicle was returned very dirty and I had to bring it back. The delays were very questionable as they kept telling me everything was on schedule. I assume they pushed my vehicle aside to work on someone else's vehicle.
