Matt the manager at Pontiac location was amazing! You can definitely see he cares about his clients and does his absolute best he can to work with your vehicle needs. He took time out of his shift to give us his undivided attention and answer all of our questions with patience! I feel as if as us humans we always feel rushed to get through things fast and not be present to the person in front of you, but Matt he was very present to my dad and I. Not only Matt but a thank you to the entire team for working so hard and did a great job at repairing my car so fast!! Thank you Gerber Collison!!

Got my car back when promised however my window seal was on backwards and my tint was scratched in multiple places. Also my car interior was filthy and my car was brought back on zero gas. I barely made it to a gas station. I had to bring my car back in to fix all these issues and dropped it back off yesterday

My Experience

This is about the second or third time we’ve had our vehicles to Gerber and as before they do an excellent job I have recommended them to my family and friends. They do such a good job. They’re very kind and caring and helpful all the way from Robin at the front desk through Matt to all the staff. They kept me updated every step of the way when they had my car and as they were progressing thru the repair. I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done on their car.

Five stars! Unfortunately, a deer decided my car looked like a great place to be, but thankfully these guys came to the rescue. They made a stressful situation incredibly easy by handling the repairs, taking care of the rental car, and keeping everything hassle-free. The quality of the work was outstanding—my car looks like the deer never even existed (except in my insurance claim). On top of that, everyone there was friendly, professional, and had an awesome vibe. They actually made the whole experience enjoyable, which is saying a lot after an unexpected wildlife encounter. Huge thanks to the team! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs… hopefully under less “deer-ly” circumstances. 🦌🚗
