There was some confusion with the initial assessment appointment. They were not prepared to see me at my 8am appointment but was able to change it to a 1pm appointment. The actual work on the vehicle was great and so was the communication on its condition.

Great customer service. The manager kept me updated throughout the process. Beautiful smiles from the 2 ladies up front. They both were nice and friendly. The body repair did excellent job with my car. They went as far has cleaning the outside and inside of my car. I would use this location again if need to be. I would recommend to others 10/10

Initial contact was very simple and straightforward. Internal network collisions center was 10/10. Travelers did almost all of the communication with Collision center and Rental via Enterprise which was a huge time saver
