Very unhappy with the work. Only good part was the paint job and my car was clean when returned. There were no clips on any parts, my blinker wasn’t working, the bumper was attached incorrectly, the battery wasn’t secured and loosely rattling around, and I was given three pick up dates. No sure how all of this was so terribly assembled considering you had my car for an entire month…..

Although they are very nice and never rude, they do not seem to know what’s going on at the shop. Never got call backs when I was told I would and every time I called no one seemed to really know the status of my car.

Called almost every day to get an update on the status of my car. Each time, I was given little to no information. I had to call State Farm, and State Farm had to call Gerber in order for any information to be given on the status of my car.

The complete absence of communication made this situation way more stressful than it should have been. If any repairs would have been deemed appropriate, I would have had my car moved to another shop.

The car looks great however i have noticed when driving at higher speeds it sounds like my driver side window is cracked. It wasn't like that before. I haven't had a chance to call and speak to someone about it yet.
