However, there is a problem with the liftgate on the vehicle. It's not shutting properly or the senser is not able to sense that it is closed.

Most of the comments I can get passed. You have to match paint better and clean overspray. Honestly, that shows care and craftsmanship. I can wipe inside door and wash car. This is not only constructive criticism we all need to improve but if I owned body shop I would want to hear where we don’t make the mark.

Pearl white paint did not match. Over spray on black accent pieces near paint job. Not clean finish edges where paint was applied. Needing to have Gerber representation look at deficiencies.

I had a great experience at Gerber collision. They listened to my needs, communicated every step and got my truck done quicker than expected. My only wish was that they washed the whole truck just so both sides were clean when leaving, but I understand time constraints. Thank you!! Definitely have my recommendations

The constant communication was beyond spectacular.never had such great experience anywhere else..Just need to buy more land for better parking...also love the fact that while over looking truck yall were not satisfied with paint match and was quick to repaint..GREAT JOB!!!
